Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable food products after shipment.
In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation and European Union consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including food products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may limit our ability to offer a resolution.
Resolution
Once your claim has been reviewed, and where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement product, or

A refund to the original payment method
The method of resolution is determined at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional Information
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. Proper handling and storage of perishable goods after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
